D365 Developer

For our client – a market leader in its industry – we are looking for a D365 Developer ready to take on a major international challenge.

You’ll be working from a modern, light-filled office on the outskirts of Antwerp, where all ICT activities for over 160 locations are centrally managed. A team of 80 IT professionals is already in place, fully committed to driving innovation and digital transformation. Despite its scale, the company maintains a warm, people-centered culture where collaboration and well-being are key. With ambitious plans and a strong focus on digitization, the organization is investing heavily in IT.

Ready to help shape this transformation?

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Coordinate technical kick-off sessions and develop technical architectures aligned with enterprise architecture principles.

  • Draft technical documentation such as requirement specifications and feasibility studies. Assist in migrating interfaces with other applications, manage D365 environments, and execute D365 build pipelines and releases.

  • Ensure compliance with development standards and best practices, and validate that solutions meet technical architecture requirements.

What do we expect from you?

  • Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

  • Proficiency in X++ and the ability to provide accurate technical estimations.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. A dynamic team player with a hands-on mentality.

What’s in it for you?

  • A competitive gross monthly salary between €4.000 and €5.500, depending on your experience and expertise.

  • A generous car leasing budget for a premium electric vehicle of your choice, including a home charging station and charging card.

  • A wide range of benefits, including meal vouchers, group and hospitalization insurance, a collective bonus plan, net allowances, laptop, and mobile voucher – extras that truly make a difference.

  • Hybrid working: 2 days of remote work per week and flexible working hours to support your ideal work-life balance.

  • Access to tailored training programs, additional learning resources, and experienced colleagues to learn from and grow with.

  • Enjoy all this while working in an autonomous role with plenty of ownership, within a global player driving a major digital transformation – all in a warm and people-oriented environment.
